But I like to refer to myself simply as the "Fixer of Macs." And in 2013 I was named Best Apple Repairman by Creative Loafing in its Best of the Bay Awards. I've been lucky enough to count Brad Paisley, Bern's Steakhouse, singer Jennifer Hudson, Warrick Dunn, the New York Yankees, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, TransSiberian Orchestra and the Band Perry as clients. I've been called "the last best hope for your Mac" by the Tampa Bay Times in 2008 after saving the day for one of the Tampa Bay Rays during their run to the World Series. Since then I've serviced more than 20,000 Macs, from MacBooks to iMacs. My goal was to provide a more personalized approach to computer repair. Thirteen years ago I left Apple to open a repair shop called Screwbox on Tampa Street in downtown Tampa.
